Sometimes we don't even realise we've done something which has hurt someone or caused others harm.

This is about learning to accept that one's actions have caused harm whether intentional or not and accepting the consequences or at least being willing to face them.

Know that admitting you were wrong or admitting that you fucked up is never as bad and as scary as living with that lie to yourself that you did nothing wrong.
